The Women's Human Rights Institute of Korea Women's Emergency Hotline is a 24/7 crisis support service dedicated to assisting victims of gender-based violence. As a primary response center, it provides free initial counseling and emergency protection for individuals at risk due to domestic violence, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, dating violence, stalking, and digital sexual crimes. By dialing 1366 from anywhere in Korea, victims can receive immediate assistance from professional counselors. If necessary, the hotline facilitates referrals to shelters and coordinates with relevant agencies to ensure prompt protection and comprehensive support. Women's Emergency Hotline 1366 places the highest priority on victim safety and human rights, offering rapid and specialized assistance to help survivors escape crisis situations and regain stability in their lives.

 The Korean Sexual Violence Counseling Center opened in 1991 when sexual violence was not yet completely understood as a violation of sexual self-determination. Since then, KSVRC has assisted and supported sexual violence survivors through various activities, including providing more than 87,000 one-on-one counseling sessions, proposing the enactment and revision of laws, monitoring and evaluating policy, publishing materials, and running educational programs.

KSVRC recommends calling the Korea Migrant Women's Human Rights Center / Dasan Call Center if foreign language counseling is needed.

 NCDSCR  provides support services to those victimized by digital sex crimes. Their services include counseling, deletion of non-consensually distributed images, monitoring of (re)distribution of non-consensual images, and relaying information to law enforcement, legal, and medical support services. They are available for counseling via phone from 8 am - 10 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 6 pm on weekends. You can also request phone or online counseling on their website.

Youth 1388 is a comprehensive youth support portal designed to provide easy and convenient access for young people to a variety of services. Through Youth 1388, children and teens can access information on and apply for various services in their area. They can also access free, professional, non-face-to-face counseling services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (via phone, smartphone, computer, etc.)

 Youth 1388  provides a variety of services tailored to the needs of youth who are experiencing psychological and emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety, or who are in crisis situations, such as violence or abuse.

 LifeLine Korea is an international NGO and South Korea's first telephone counseling organization. They serve residents by providing 24/7 counseling to people in distress, promoting a culture of respect for life, and implementing suicide prevention programs. They also offer crisis intervention counseling for youth and inmates through separate channels and operate an SOS LifeLine for individuals in suicide crises on bridges over the Han River. Additionally, LifeLine Korea provides various support services for suicide loss survivors (e.g., survivor support programs, meeting spaces for survivors, and post-suicide intervention education).

 Danuri Helpline (1577-1366) is part of the Korean Institue for Healthy Families and provides comprehensive support services for immigrants and multicultural families in Korea. Their services include marital and family counseling, emergency assistance for victims of violence, information on daily life in Korea, and interpretation support. They operate Danuri Helpline centers in Seoul, Suwon, Daejeon, Gwangju, Jeonju, Busan, and Gumi. The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offers consultation in 13 different languages (including Chinese, English, Tagalog, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Lao, Mongolian, Nepali, Russian, Thai, Uzbek, and Vietnamese)
